This applies to all visitors, regardless of where you live, and it includes any phone number you give us. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

When you submit a form on this site, a valuation request, a contact message, a buyer inquiry, or a newsletter signup, we collect what you provide: name, email, phone number, property address, and any message you include. We do not ask for more than a form needs.

We may also collect standard technical information common to any website: the page you visited, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is aggregate, non-identifying usage data, not tied to you personally unless you also submit a form.

How we use it

Form submissions go directly to Ryan Boggs to respond to your inquiry, prepare a valuation, or send the market email you signed up for. We do not use your information for anything you did not ask for, and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Your information is processed by the services that run this site's lead and email delivery: a customer relationship platform where Ryan tracks client communication, an email delivery service for notifications, and, if you opt into the market email, an email marketing platform to manage that list. Each of these providers processes data only to perform that function and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes outside of the services they provide on our behalf. The providers above act only as processors on our behalf, to deliver the service you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate, for any purpose.

If you click through to search listings, you leave this site for a third-party real estate search platform, which is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic, which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit, without identifying you personally. If that ever changes to include more detailed tracking, this policy will be updated to say so plainly.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ryan@ryanboggsrealestate.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
